Shipping

Online Orders:
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our categories or use the search function and menus at the top of the page until you locate what you are looking for then click “Add to Cart”.  A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in your cart as you continue to browse our website.  You can continue to add more items or remove items at any time. After you have finished selecting your desired items click on the small basked in the top right hand corner then “View Cart or Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we require to be able to process your order. You will then be transferred to our secure payments provider where you will be prompted to insert your payment details. We do not take orders over the telephone at this present time but if you require assistance or wish to make a bulk order please email us at info@essentialoilsupplies.co.uk.

UK Shipping:
We provide a fast mailing service where items are in stock with competitive postal rates which include both standard and a Tracked & Signed for service for parcels under 2kg. signed for service.

Shipping is calculated by weight and pack dimensions. See the delivery charges page for full pricing details.

Shipping of parcels under 2kg in weight are undertaken in conjunction with Royal Mail. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and dimensions of goods/parcel to be dispatched plus a nominal cost to cover packaging materials.

Shipping of parcels in excess of 2kg in weight is undertaken by our logistics partner. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and dimensions of parcel to be dispatched plus a nominal charge for packaging materials.

All destinations without a valid UK postcode are classified as international, see international details below. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We do not operate on a weekends.

We endeavour to dispatch “made to order” items within 7-10  working days, subject to manufacturing timescales.

You may select which shipping option you prefer.

  • Either “Collection in Person” from an event we may be attending or Peterborough (45 Beccelm Drive, Crowland, Peterborough, PE6 0AG – this is a residential address and we ask that you email us to arrange a convenient collection date/time). If we are attending an event and you wish to order your items up front then please check out with this option and make a note in the notes section.
  • Royal Mail Standard (please note we receive a proof of posting from Royal Mail, at which point we cannot be responsible for items that may go missing in transit. If you wish to have a guaranteed service please select the “Tracked & Signed For service”).
  • Tracked & Signed For service with Royal Mail which is their confirmed service which requires a signature upon delivery for when you need that extra peace of mind.

European  & International Shipping:
We ship throughout Europe & Internationally and delivery charges are calculated based on weight and dimensions of parcel to be dispatched plus a nominal charge for packaging materials. Charges are detailed for parcels up to 2kg on the above delivery charges page link.

For parcels over 2kg in weight we ask that you contact us with your order details and shipping address and a personal quotations will be calculated for you to ensure the best price possible. All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Standard,  Tracked & Signed for or courier service.
