Returns, Lost or Late Packages

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged of faulty goods from us you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. Contact us by email (returns@essentialoilsupplies.co.uk) to discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We respectfully request that all items agreed for return are packaged securely with details of the reason for return inside the package with your customer details.

Return of parcels due to non-payment of customs fees/non collection

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duties and taxes appropriate for the taxation rules in your country upon receipt of your goods. Essential Oil Supplies are not the importer of the goods and it is the customers’ responsibility to make payment for any import fees.  Please check the customs and taxation rules in your respective country before proceeding to order.

If parcels are returned to us due to the non-payment of customs duties or taxes, or because the parcel was not collected and accepted by the recipient. The return fees that are incurred due to non-acceptance or returns due to non-payment will be due by the customer, and will be offset against the product value. If you wish for the products to be sent to an alternative address, we would require settlement of the return fees before the goods will be shipped again.

Lost or Late Packages
Although we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us by email. Please bear in mind the postal service that you have requested when you checked out. Essential Oil Supplies accept no responsibility for parcels delivered by Standard mail once they have been posted and we have a receipt of posting. If you wish to have a guaranteed service then select the Tracked & Signed for service. We are not able to locate and therefore cannot take responsibility for, parcels sent by standard mail, this service is used at your personal discretion. Where an item has been posted using a Tracked & Signed for service, the items’ tracking number will be notified to you by email along with confirmation of despatch.
