Lauren Moss is a licensed professional counselor and professor of counseling with a special interest in self-care as a means of supporting helping professionals and their clients. She recognizes self-care as both a practical and spiritual practice. After becoming a mother, Lauren discovered the need to refine and adjust her own approach to self-care practices to accommodate the ever-changing landscape of parenthood. As an essential oil user and advocate, Lauren found that integrating essential oils into her self-care practices allowed her to get the most benefit from each self-care gesture.
